How is this different from device configuration?
Configuring devices, including buttons, call scenarios, display layout and much more is essential to use your system and will therefore always be free of charge.
Active Device Management (ADM) is an additional service and a powerful tool for maintaining devices remotely and centrally, improving overall cybersecurity, system health, and performance.
A simple example: Updating your devices is also possible without this new service, however you need to do it manually for each device. If you want automatic firmware updates for more efficiency of your big system, then you need ADM.
Where can I get this?
Active Device Management is offered as a paid subscription service. Find more information about licencing in the data sheet. For more information, please reach out to your local contact person.
Are all Commend devices compatible with this service?
Active Device Management is available for all devices from the Symphony MX and BF product families.
What can I expect in the future?
