G3 Input/Output Cards
The input/output cards are part of the unique interface concept of the Intercom Server GE 300. They enable various control and indication functions and thus upgrade the Intercom Server to a universal control unit for all kinds of actors and sensors. The different designs of these cards allow flexible configuration, adapted to the customer‘s needs. The inputs read in floating contacts, the outputs are relay contacts, designed as make contact, open contact or changeover contact.

Additionally, the IP66 certification (acc. to EN/IEC 60079-0) and a wide permissible temperature range make the Intercom stations the perfect choice for a wide range of applications in explosive environments. Thanks to the dust- and water-insensitive microphones and the 16 kHz eHD Voice audio quality, the Series EX 7000D comes with highest speech intelligibility. Even in very noisy environments, two powerful amplifiers for the optional built-in loudspeaker and a connectable PA loudspeaker ensure a crystal clear sound. Furthermore, the microphone and the IVC feature (Intelligent Volume Control) allow to adjust the volume automatically to the ambient noise – even during playback.

The digital Audio Recording Card G3-AUD for the Intercom Servers GE 300 provides four or two audio channels as Plug-&-Play interface to PA systems and Radio systems with up to 16 kHz audio bandwidth. All audio in- and outputs have level adjustment, a Graphic Equalizer for adjustment of the tone characteristics and are galvanically isolated. The G3-AUD card contains relay contacts, which can be used for any desired function.

The surface mount kit OD10 SH can be mounted to a 2-fold flush-mounted wall box (acc. EN 60670-1; 60 mm/2.36 in screw distance). These desk kits extend the range of applications and functions of an id5 Intercom station. The gooseneck microphone shows its strengths especially in the case of high ambient noise or for announcements. The desk kits come with a PTT button with LED ring, e.g. to indicate when the microphone is active. The ID5 DKHSGM also includes a handset. The devices connect easily via USB. If the push-to-talk function is not required, the button can be used for triggering actions and action sequences. In combination with an Intercom module im6, it is also possible to build customer-specific solutions.
