SOFTWARE LEBENSZYKLUS

Bei der Softwarewartung unterliegt die Hauptversionen unserer lizenzierten Softwaren wie «VirtuoSIS» und «Commend Studio» dem folgenden Lebenszyklus:

1. General availability (GA):

Diese Software ist offiziell auf dem Markt verfügbar. Sie ist vollständig entwickelt, getestet und kann von Kunden gekauft und verwendet werden. In dieser Phase wird das Produkt aktiv verkauft und unterstützt. Dazu gehören regelmässige Updates basierend auf unserem Release-Zyklus, neue Funktionsverbesserungen, Sicherheitsupdates und Bugfixes. Die Dauer dieserPhase ist 12 Monate. -> Die Version ist im allgemeinen Verfügbarkeitsmodus.

2. End of Sales (EOS):
Die Software ist nicht mehr für den Verkauf verfügbar. Kunden erhalten weiterhin Support und Updates, einschliesslich Bugfixes und Sicherheitsupdates. Funktionsverbesserungen sind für diese Hauptversion nicht mehr verfügbar. Die Dauer dieser Phase ist 12 Monate. -> Die Version ist im Wartungsmodus.

3. End of software Maintenance (EoSM):
Die Software ist weiterhin betriebsbereit und wird unterstützt, es werden jedoch keine Funktionsverbesserungen oder regelmässigen Updates einschliesslich Bugfixes, Sicherheitsupdates zur bereitgestellt. Kunden erhalten weiterhin Support für bestehende Funktionalitäten. Die Dauer dieser Phase ist 24 Monate.       -> Die Version ist im Supportmodus.

4. End of Software Support (EoSS):
Die Software wird nicht mehr aktiv unterstützt, die Konfigurationstools sind weiterhin verfügbar, und die Fehlerbehebung wird nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen durchgeführt -> Die Version ist im Evergreen-Supportmodus.

VIRTUOSIS LEBENSZYKLUS

Upgrade Subscriptions are available in 1, 3, or 5 year increments, for VirtuoSIS and/or STUDIO. The model shows the costs over time with an Upgrade Subscription compared with purchasing a single software upgrade each year.

An Upgrade Subscription comes with extensive advice and support from our team like yearly inspections, support hours and calls, as well as hardware replacements. To which extent, that depends on the agreement.

We reserve the right to stop this promotion at any time with 12 months’ notice.
