In order to verify their absolute reliability for use in Ex zones with hazardous gases or dusts, the Intercom stations are both ATEX-, CCC- and IECEx-certified. Based on a rugged, corrosion-resistant and lightweight “Ex e” polycarbonate housing, the Series EX 7000D enables simple and rapid installation, eliminates expensive routine servicing and drastically reduces maintenance costs. Additionally, the IP66 certification (acc. to EN/IEC 60079-0) and a wide permissible temperature range make the Intercom stations the perfect choice for a wide range of applications in explosive environments. Thanks to the dust- and water-insensitive microphones and the 16 kHz eHD Voice audio quality, the Series EX 7000D comes with highest speech intelligibility. Even in very noisy environments, two powerful amplifiers for the optional built-in loudspeaker and a connectable PA loudspeaker ensure a crystal clear sound. Furthermore, the microphone and the IVC feature (Intelligent Volume Control) allow to adjust the volume automatically to the ambient noise – even during playback.

GE 300 IP Intercom Server
The Intercom Server GE 300 is ideal for Intercom systems where small, manageable units are combined to form a network. Each GE 300 acts as an IP Intercom Server that controls the various interfaces: interface cards for speech, control and indication functions, as well as interfaces for communication with other systems such as video systems, door and gate control, telephone systems and more. The CLS 30 HG is suitable for speech and music signal transmission and can be used both for indoor and outdoor applications. Self-extinguishing ABS housing material in combination with a multi-stage swivel bracket made of V4A stainless steel (1.4571), resistance category III ensures durability and safety. The M20 cable gland provides protection against heavy water penetration. An additional hole in the pressure chamber allows the water to drain off after cleaning. This horn comes also equipped with a high-pass filter.
