Door Layout Layout Overview The door layouts offer three different design options, allowing you to choose from different button sizes and combinations of company logos and text. The button layout starts at the bottom of the display. If the maximum number of buttons exceeds the display size, the scroll function is automatically activated and a search field appears at the top of the display. A scroll bar is also displayed for visual assistance. 5" Display 10" Display 5" Display 5" Display – id5/od5/im6 Door Layout – Format ‘Large’ This layout is ideal for showcasing logos, brands and image advertising in a bright and colourful way to the user. However, by choosing the background image, very subtle designs in black are also possible. Contact Management Layout Overview This layout is designed for large projects with many contacts, call destinations, companies, departments or institutes. The central element here is the search field, which allows users to quickly find what they are looking for. Up to 5,000 contacts can be found and listed quickly and easily. Whether in a skyscraper, business campus or sprawling hospital grounds, companies and departments can be clearly listed for visitors in the form of directories. Home Screen Directory Contact Details Home Screen The large background and brilliant display can be used for brand advertising. Up to two buttons can be defined for central contacts – for example, reception and emergency call. The available languages and default language can also be configured. Directory At the top of the page, up to four pinned buttons can be configured for call options (e.g. reception/emergency call) and central directories. Directories/subdirectories can be companies, buildings (or parts thereof), departments, institutes, etc. Contact Details In addition to the option of calling a contact, useful details are displayed to the user. For example, the building, floor and door number can be stored so that the user can easily find their way there on their own (provided that security regulations allow this). Layouts for Emergency Mode Layout Overview In security-related and threatening situations, intercom stations become digital helpers. Together with the public address system , they broadcast acoustic warnings and announcements, allowing people throughout the entire building and site to be actively informed from the control centre. In addition, content and call options tailored to the respective situation can be displayed on the touchscreen intercom stations. Instructions on how to behave in the respective situation or information on the current location are also helpful. The advantage of intercom stations is clear here too, as people can contact the control room to request assistance or exchange valuable information. Switching Frame Layouts The layout on the intercom stations can be switched remotely, for example to adjust the information displayed and call options in emergency situations. In everyday life, intercom stations are used at entrances, for zone access or for internal communication. In emergency or dangerous situations, they transform into a security system that visually alerts people to dangers, supports these warnings acoustically via the integrated voice memory if necessary, and also forms the communication platform for a first-hand flow of information for emergency services and affected persons. Smart Communication Network Symphony Mesh IP stations, IP modules, and IP speakers connect to form a smart, autonomous communication network without a server. Mesh systems support up to 9,999 devices. They can also be seamlessly integrated into on-premises servers, and cloud services can be used via the Symphony Bridge. Call establishment Call Handling Action Sequences Actions Supported devices Call Management Call establishment and Call distribution Parallel Call A call is initiated to several contacts at the same time. If a contact accepts the call, the call is ended at all other contacts. If the call is declined by one or more contacts, the call remains active until it is accepted by a contact or it is ended via a timeout. Chain Call A call is initiated to several contacts one after the other. If the call is not accepted (specified duration) by a contact in the configured sequence, the call is forwarded to the next contact. If the call is not answered, it is forwarded back to the first contact. Receiving and handling calls Up to 20 calls can be received simultaneously on one receiving station Scrollable call list for easy call overview User can switch between incoming calls Call forwarding Preview video Do Not Disturb (DND) function For more advanced control room functions, such as different queues or priorities, an on-premises server is required. Action Sequences Action sequences can be used to program Commend IP devices to perform complex control and function sequences independently—without any server intelligence. The functions can be combined in many ways and activated by different triggers. Here is an excerpt of some of the functions. Time sequence – actions depending on the day of the week and time Call actions – establish/hold/end call, chain call, parallel call, do not disturb mode, etc. Monitor inputs and control outputs - open doors and barriers, read statuses, etc. Audio actions – Play audio file, adjust volume, monitor speakers and microphone, etc. Video actions - movement as trigger, snapshot, ...
