Certification Training

Our Certification Training is an in-depth, 2-day course designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of Commend’s integrated communication technology. Technicians will learn all about CCT800 software, IoIP intercoms, and SIP intercoms. Trainees will gain hands-on experience with connecting equipment, IoIP and SIP connectivity, Call Request, output activation, video calls, and many other common scenarios. There will be time at the end of each day to ask questions and to discuss any specific project applications.

Day 1: Introduction to CCT800 software, device connectivity, and system configuration
Day 2: Advanced troubleshooting, video integration, output activation, and live Q&A sessions

Hardware Training Kit if you don't have one yet (Part Number: US-PS-EL-HARDWARE) Includes ID5-TDCM touchscreen video intercom and ES962H rugged vandal-resistant intercom.

If you already have access to these devices, you may use them instead.
