Large-scale events in general and sports facilities in particular pose quite a challenge for security professionals. When thousands of people are coming together, vandalism, riots, etc. can happen. Therefore, effective security management systems are key.
Effective communication is of utmost importance during mass events, highlighting the need for reliable and innovative solutions that streamline information exchange and reduce response time.
Through modern touch Intercom stations, visitors would be able to communicate problems to security officials immediately. With a local GE800 server and the virtual Intercom server VirtuoSIS, C&C Partners combined two technologies for even more flexibility.

To enhance the safety and efficiency of the stadium, C&C Partners have carefully tailored a range of solutions to suit the unique characteristics of the facility. These solutions ensure the well-being of guests, technical staff, athletes, and artists, while safeguarding the functionality and security of the Wrocław stadium.
Additionally, they effectively optimize the management costs associated with the venue. The systems implemented are designed with specific features
and open interfaces, facilitating seamless integration with other devices within the facility. This modular approach not only guarantees the ongoing safety of the investment but also enables future expansion possibilities.

Tribunes
Emergency call stations strategically positioned in the stadium offer a combination of proven quality and cutting-edge technology. These stations feature emergency buttons that enable guests to establish direct voice communication with the security system operator. This seamless communication capability facilitates swift interventions, first aid, and the dissemination of crucial messages to participants attending cultural or sports events.
Offices, passageways, toilets
At the rear of the grandstand, four compact office buildings have been constructed. Within this office section, C&C Partners has integrated an Intercom communication system that facilitates crystal clear communication throughout the offices and corridors. The system also enables public address, individual announcements, and even background music. A notable advantage of this system is its ability to establish seamless communication with information points within the office building. Moreover, the Intercoms located in the accessible restrooms for people with disabilities, serve as a convenient call system.
Parking
Within the premises of three car parks, including a multi-storey facility, an advanced intercom communication system has been installed. This system offers the convenience of talking to the car park operator prior to entering the facility. Additionally, it facilitates public address, individual notifications, and emergency alerts and calls. This comprehensive intercom system creates effective communication channels for the smooth operation and enhanced safety of the car parks.
