La norma CEI EN IEC 62820-3-2 definisce in modo puntuale i requisiti funzionali, tecnologici e ambientali che questi spazi devono rispettare, trasformando una stanza in un dispositivo di sicurezza certificabile. Ivy City is a small, forward-looking city concept where orientation feels natural, voices are not just heard but truly understood, and audio data is used responsibly and with purpose. Ivy City is designed to be accessible to everyone and enables communication in many languages. The journey through Ivy City could begin at a car park, where users can request support for charging their electric vehicle simply by pressing a button and speaking to someone via intercom. From there, trains or autonomous buses take visitors into the city, where PA systems with the newest IP speakers at public transport stops provide information about arrivals and departures and help guide the way. At their destination, visitors can ask for sightseeing tips either at an information terminal or directly at a counter – with Commend technology there to support every step of the way. If the local language is unfamiliar, Ivy Live Translation enables live intercom conversations in which both parties can speak their own language and still communicate effortlessly. The solution removes language barriers at emergency call points, information counters, and access control stations. The button layout starts at the bottom of the display. If the maximum number of buttons exceeds the display size, the scroll function is automatically activated and a search field appears at the top of the display. Contact Management Layout Overview This layout is designed for large projects with many contacts, call destinations, companies, departments or institutes. The central element here is the search field, which allows users to quickly find what they are looking for. Up to 5,000 contacts can be found and listed quickly and easily. Whether in a skyscraper, business campus or sprawling hospital grounds, companies and departments can be clearly listed for visitors in the form of directories. Home Screen Directory Contact Details Home Screen The large background and brilliant display can be used for brand advertising. Up to two buttons can be defined for central contacts – for example, reception and emergency call. The available languages and default language can also be configured.
