SIP-WS 203V
The OpenDuplex capable and vandal resistant SIP stations have been developed and designed for areas with high requirements on safety. They are connected directly to the Ethernet (LAN/WAN) and in this manner are connected to a compatible SIP server via the IP network. The built-in switch with downlink function allows direct connection of an additional IP device (e.g. an IP camera). Besides high volume, the SIP stations provide a numerous amount of further features: Pre-recorded audio can be applied in a multi-purpose manner, e.g. as acoustic indication at line fault or as waiting infor- mation at call initiation. A configurable background noise suppression provides a crystal clear communication in challenging situations. Furthermore, the stations are perfectly suited for use as door stations at entrances and gateways, due to integrated relay outputs. The 3 mm stainless steel front panel with tamper protection and special screws protects against vandalism. The robust construction provides full protection against water, dirt and dust – IP rating IP66. Each button can be allocated to a call number and the relevant label area can be filled in individually. The red emergency call button is easily visible from a considerable distance and can be activated quickly in emergency situations.

Hybrid IP-Intercom module with polycarbonate housing, built-in microphone, loudspeaker and connection ports for up to three call buttons. The IP Intercom module ET 962H has been developed for installation in existing housings or for construction of special Intercom terminals. As they support both IoIP connections and SIP solutions (hybrid), the IP Intercom modules can easily be integrated into any Voice over IP system as well as any existing Commend Intercom system. The desired operation mode is selected via the configuration software. Applications for the IP Intercom module ET 962H are all kinds of call and emergency call stations, where the station is built-in and only the external call button is used. This means, special solutions for e.g. emergency call pillars, elevator cabins, ticketing machines or barriers at entrances and exits can be created, which optimally satisfy function and optical appearance of the customer specifications. Furthermore, the modules are perfectly suited for use as door stations at entrance areas and gateways, due to two integrated relay outputs.

In order to verify their absolute reliability for use in Ex zones with hazardous gases or dusts, the Intercom stations are both ATEX-, CCC- and IECEx-certified. Based on a rugged, corrosion-resistant and lightweight “Ex e” polycarbonate housing, the Series EX 7000D enables simple and rapid installation, eliminates expensive routine servicing and drastically reduces maintenance costs. Additionally, the IP66 certification (acc. to EN/IEC 60079-0) and a wide permissible temperature range make the Intercom stations the perfect choice for a wide range of applications in explosive environments. With the USB output module EB1A, an EE 980 control desk can easily be expanded with a relay output (normally open contact) by simply connecting the EB1A to an available USB port of the station. As a result, a floating, galvanically-isolated output contact is available immediately – e.g. for use with a door opener. The USB output module can then comfortably be configured via the station’s web interface. Thanks to latest PhotoMOS technology, the EB1A has a very long service life. In contrast to an electromechanical design, this relay output does not age – no matter how many switching cycles it has to handle. That is why the USB output module is also recommended for use with permanent-blinking lights. This high flexibility and the ease of integration make the EB1A a cost-efficient solution wherever an output to switch loads is needed.

The AFIL-USB provides an easy way to fit Intercom stations with an induction loop for the hearing impaired. To install it, a free USB port is all that is needed. The compact size allows it to fit both into a surface and into a flush mount kit. Thanks to the user-friendly plug and play installation, the AFIL-USB is immediately ready for use. For this reason, we offer dummy modules for RFID readers for the Intercom stations id5/od5 where it is possible to place third-party RFID readers behind. The design of the modules has been chosen to perfectly match the flush-mounted Concerto touchscreen stations. Special materials of the dummy module ensure an ideal transmission of electromagnetic signals of an RFID reader.

The horn loudspeakers CLS 20 HG, CLS 20 HG70V and CLS 20 HG8 are suitable for speech and music signal transmission and can be used both for indoor and outdoor applications. Self-extinguishing ABS housing material in combination with a multi-stage swivel bracket made of V4A stainless steel (1.4571) resistance category III ensures durability and safety. The M20 cable gland provides protection against heavy water penetration. An additional hole in the pressure chamber allows the water to drain off after cleaning. This horn comes also equipped with a high-pass filter.

The frame can be used wherever a shadow gap is not desired for surface mounting. Depending on the colour, it has the advantage of increasing the visibility of the Intercom station. Furthermore, the call station is better protected against spontaneous vandalism by the frame. The frame can be used in combination with polycarbonate wallmount stations as well as with membrane protected stations. To simplify cable routing for plaster mounting, the frame is equipped with cut-outs that can be fitted with the WSSH 50P cable gland. The frame is held to the wall by the WSSH 50P, but can optionally be fixed to the surface with up to six screws. The front panel can be removed using the removal kit. Colour blue corresponds to RAL 5015.
