Role Description
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of security systems, IT systems and communication solutions
- Commissioning and maintenance of communication and security systems
- Error analysis and troubleshooting on customer systems, remotely and on-site
- Documentation of the work carried out and creation of service reports & system documentation
- Production of special solutions
Skill Requirements
- Successfully completed training in an electrical engineering field or ITC sector (e.g. IT systems electronics technician or similar), preferably also further training as a master craftsman/technician in electrical engineering/computer science/information technology
- Initial professional experience in the field of network technology/security technology/communication technology desirable
- Sound knowledge in the areas of network technology and operating systems
- Customer-oriented thinking, initiative and assertiveness
- Reliable and conscientious way of working as well as resilience and prudence
- Valid driver's license for cars and an impeccable police clearance certificate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
