Frame Layouts Layout Overview Frame layouts are the most versatile of all layout groups and consist of eight individual layouts. Each of these layouts contains templates with predefined placeholders for graphics, labels and/or other possible applications, which can be easily stored. Frame 1 Frame 2 Frame 3 Frame 4 Frame 5 Frame 6 Frame 7 Frame 8 Linking frames Multiple and different frame layouts can be linked together to enable user navigation tailored to the project. Applications Display of simple hierarchies (companies, buildings, areas, etc.) and additional information such as floor, room number and building plan. Start screen as full-screen company advertisement and call options are located on the following frame layouts. Start screen with important information or safety rules that must be acknowledged before accessing the call options. For complex hierarchies, we recommend the Contact management layout . Switching Frame Layouts The layout on the intercom stations can be switched remotely, for example to adjust the information displayed and call options in emergency situations. In everyday life, intercom stations are used at entrances, for zone access or for internal communication. In emergency or dangerous situations, they transform into a security system that visually alerts people to dangers, supports these warnings acoustically via the integrated voice memory if necessary, and also forms the communication platform for a first-hand flow of information for emergency services and affected persons. Contact Management Layout Overview This layout is designed for large projects with many contacts, call destinations, companies, departments or institutes. The central element here is the search field, which allows users to quickly find what they are looking for. Up to 5,000 contacts can be found and listed quickly and easily. Whether in a skyscraper, business campus or sprawling hospital grounds, companies and departments can be clearly listed for visitors in the form of directories. Home Screen Directory Contact Details Home Screen The large background and brilliant display can be used for brand advertising. Up to two buttons can be defined for central contacts – for example, reception and emergency call. The available languages and default language can also be configured. Directory At the top of the page, up to four pinned buttons can be configured for call options (e.g. reception/emergency call) and central directories. Directories/subdirectories can be companies, buildings (or parts thereof), departments, institutes, etc. Contact Details In addition to the option of calling a contact, useful details are displayed to the user. For example, the building, floor and door number can be stored so that the user can easily find their way there on their own (provided that security regulations allow this). Layouts for Emergency Mode Layout Overview In security-related and threatening situations, intercom stations become digital helpers. Together with the public address system , they broadcast acoustic warnings and announcements, allowing people throughout the entire building and site to be actively informed from the control centre. In addition, content and call options tailored to the respective situation can be displayed on the touchscreen intercom stations. Instructions on how to behave in the respective situation or information on the current location are also helpful. The advantage of intercom stations is clear here too, as people can contact the control room to request assistance or exchange valuable information.
