The vandal-resistant emergency call stations with one or three direct dialling buttons are designed for areas with high security requirements. The technology enables excellent speech quality and intelligibility regardless of ambient noise. The 3 mm thick front panel with poke protection and special screws protects against vandalism. The compact design is protected against the ingress of water, dirt or dust – protection class IP54. Each button can be assigned a call number and the respective labelling field can be printed individually. The large emergency call button is clearly visible even from a great distance and can be pressed quickly in emergency situations. The emergency call station is protected against misuse by a shatterproof glass pane that can be broken in an emergency.

The Intercom station’s DSP technology is pro- tected by an extremely rugged housing featuring a 3 mm stainless steel front panel. The powerful functionality allows direct communication without opening doors in correctional facilities, forensic clinics as well as police and court holding wards and prison cells. Cell terminal with piezo buttons for calls/emergency calls, light and radio. The piezo buttons are equipped with integrated LEDs. The Intercom station is suited for flush mounting with the flush mount box UP 030 (with integrated sabotage contacts). Additionally, the IP66 certification (acc. to EN/IEC 60079-0) and a wide permissible temperature range make the Intercom stations the perfect choice for a wide range of applications in explosive environments. Thanks to the dust- and water-insensitive microphones and the 16 kHz eHD Voice audio quality, the Series EX 7000D comes with highest speech intelligibility. Even in very noisy environments, two powerful amplifiers for the optional built-in loudspeaker and a connectable PA loudspeaker ensure a crystal clear sound. Furthermore, the microphone and the IVC feature (Intelligent Volume Control) allow to adjust the volume automatically to the ambient noise – even during playback.

G8-TEL Interface Card
The G8-TEL multipurpose interface card builds a bridge between Intercom networks and telephone networks. Every interface card may be configured for one of the two possible modes: PABX mode: The Intercom stations can call any desired telephone number. Conversely, the Intercom stations can also be called from any telephone. In addition all Intercom functions can be activated via the DTMF keypad of the remote telephone, e.g. All Calls, Group Calls, Door Calls with after-dialling for door opening, etc. Auto dialler mode (alarm dialler): Calls and Call Requests from the Intercom Server initiate predefined dialling sequences. The called telephone receives a voice message identifying the calling station by means of integrated, user-configurable speech storage. The telephone can talk to the caller and, if required, activate remote access functions, e.g. open a door.
