Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktmanagement und Softwareentwicklung steuerst du über den Product Backlog die Softwareentwicklung mit klarem Fokus auf Business Value, Kundennutzen und technologische Exzellenz. Du übersetzt Marktanforderungen in Epics und User Stories, koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit UI/UX und den Softwareentwicklungs-Teams und stimmst dich eng mit Stakeholdern ab. So werden aus Visionen verlässliche, sichere Produkte, die weltweit für Qualität und Langlebigkeit stehen.

- Wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen Produktmanagement und Softwareentwicklungs-Teams
- Steuerung und Priorisierung des Produkt-Backlogs hinsichtlich Business Value und technologischer Weiterentwicklung
- Übersetzung der Anforderungen des Produktmanagements in umsetzbare Epics und User Stories zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Produktentwicklung
- Laufende Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit UI/UX ExpertInnen, Softwareentwicklungs-Teams sowie weiteren Stakeholdern
- Einbindung der Kunden in die laufende Produktentwicklung
Compétences
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Softwareentwicklung, Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder Elektronik (HTL, FH, TU)
- Mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung als PO (oder vergleichbare Position) im Bereich Softwareentwicklung
- Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner Softwareentwicklung sowie agiler Methoden (Scrum, idealerweise mit Zertifizierung)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich IT Security
- Strukturiert, durchsetzungsstark und kommunikationsstark als Teamplayer
- Ausgeprägte Lösungs- und Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
