Hinter rund 250 Kolleginnen und Kollegen am Standort, einer eigenen Elektronikfertigung, rund 80 Softwareentwicklern und neun internationalen Vertriebsgesellschaften steht ein kompaktes IT-Team. Hier gibt es keine Ticket-Fabrik: Was du baust, betreibst und verbesserst, hat direkte Wirkung. Wir suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die unsere zentrale Infrastruktur nicht nur betreut, sondern sie übernimmt.
Lavoro
- Verantwortung für unseren VMware-Cluster (8 Hosts, ca. 250 VMs) inkl. Storage- und Serverlandschaft sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der künftigen Virtualisierungsstrategie (u. a. Proxmox VE)
- Betreuung von Backup & Recovery der gesamten Systemlandschaft mit Commvault inkl. Restore-Tests, Wiederanlaufplanung und kontinuierlicher Optimierung
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Azure-Umgebung inkl. Load Balancing sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren Remote Access
- Mitarbeit im Bereich Netzwerk & Security: Einarbeitung in Switching, NAC und unseren Firewall-Cluster – mit dem Ziel, als zweite starke Ansprechperson das Netzwerkteam zu verstärken
- Aufbau von Know-how an der IT-Schnittstelle zur Produktion: Zertifikats- und Firmware-Rollouts, Begleitung von Produkttests und Unterstützung eines hochspannenden Fertigungsumfelds
- Umsetzung von Security im Alltag: Patch- und Schwachstellenmanagement, Systemhärtung sowie Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen SOC; Informationssicherheit nach ISO 27001 und NIS2 als gelebter Standard
- Technischer Ansprechpartner in Unternehmensprojekten sowie Eskalationsinstanz für den 1st Level Support (2nd/3rd Level, Troubleshooting, nachhaltige Problemlösung)
Competenze
- Technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) oder vergleichbare einschlägige Praxiserfahrung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von Server-, Virtualisierungs- und Backup-Infrastrukturen im Unternehmensumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in VMware vSphere (oder vergleichbar), Windows Server, Active Directory sowie Entra ID
- Solide Netzwerkgrundlagen (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Firewalling, VPN) sowie Freude an Automatisierung/Scripting mit PowerShell
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch (saubere Dokumentation, nachhaltige Lösungen)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Ausgeprägte Ownership-Mentalität: Verantwortung übernehmen, Wissen teilen, proaktiv Verbesserungen vorantreiben und in kritischen Situationen die extra Meile gehen
Von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung mit Proxmox VE, Commvault und/oder Azure
- Kenntnisse mit Barracuda, Macmon, Linux sowie Erfahrung in Produktions-/Fertigungsumgebungen
- Relevante Zertifizierungen (z. B. VCP, AZ-104, CCNA)
