The uniform user interface gives security staff convenient control of all functions and tasks required to ensure life safety and secure property. Easy operation, both for the public and security personnel, combined with very high speech quality ensure effective and efficient results. The integration enables Commend Intercom functionality through the Status Tile, Site Plans, and the Intercom Viewer. The Viewer will provide an operator with a list of pending and in progress calls which are within the operator’s division(s) enabling site wide intercom traffic to be balanced across operators. Each intercom can be configured with its own set of tiles so that, when selected, the most relevant information to that intercom can be displayed to the operator for processing.
