The bees not only play an active role in preserving biodiversity in our region, but also produce natural honey and beeswax.

Our rooftop photovoltaic system is a clear statement — for clean energy, for efficiency, and for a sustainable future. Because at Commend, innovation doesn’t start and end with our products — it also shapes how we work every day. A significant portion of our daily energy needs is covered directly on-site through solar power. The electricity generated flows straight into our infrastructure, powering processes, technologies, and innovation — while noticeably reducing our carbon footprint. In doing so, we are becoming less dependent on fossil fuels and actively contributing to climate protection. The use of renewable energy is a key pillar of our environmental strategy.

From rooftop to road: At Commend, we use the solar energy we generate not only to power our infrastructure, but also to drive our mobility. Our electric vehicles are charged with energy from the sun — quietly, efficiently, and emission-free. In this way, we combine renewable energy with modern e-mobility and send a clear message in favor of holistic sustainability. Because for us, responsible action doesn’t stop at the building’s edge — it keeps moving, every single day.

Yes, we really do have fruit trees — and they’re not just there for decoration. In summer, we harvest fresh fruit right outside our door — regional, untreated, and natural. No packaging, no long transport routes, and no barcode. At Commend, sustainability can be this simple and natural.
With this small but meaningful initiative, we want to show that sustainable thinking doesn’t have to be complicated. Every tree, every piece of fruit stands for environmental responsibility, regional connection, and a more mindful way of working together.
