Ivy Virtual Assistant takes over routine conversations and helps reduce the workload of staff. It answers common questions, handles simple requests and only forwards calls that require human assistance. In parking environments, Ivy can ask for a licence plate number, check it against the operator’s database and automatically grant or deny access. The service now also supports Polish, bringing the total number of available languages to ten.

The Ivy Dashboard adds transparency by presenting conversation quality and key performance indicators at a glance and documenting call history. This allows organisations to identify trends, improve service quality and make informed decisions based on real communication data.
